Walking in the footsteps of Don Bosco and Mother Mary Mazzarello, who were dreamers of their times, the Salesian Sisters at Benaulim, Goa, have taken on the challenge to reach out to the youth of today, recognizing the need for quality education, with the beginning of the Auxilium College of Hospitality, affiliated with the Goa University.

What we have to offer

The College will offer a 3 year B.Sc. Degree Course in Culinary Arts, affiliated to Goa University. Besides this, it will also offer the following short term courses: 

  1. One year Cruise Management Course 
  1. Food Production (6 months Certificate Course) 
  1. Bakery & Patisserie (6 months Certificate Course) 
  1. Food & Beverage Service (6 months Certificate Course) 
  1. Skilled Bartending Course (6 months Certificate Course)
